Staff Scientist

Aditya is a Staff Scientist at the Translational Proteomics Institute, specializing in the statistical analysis of omics data.

He earlier held positions at Indivumed GmbH (Hamburg, Germany), the Max Planck Institute of Heart and Lung Research (Bad Nauheim, Germany), Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar (Doha, Qatar), as well as Open Analytics/Janssen Pharmaceutica (Beerse, Belgium) and Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium).

Aditya loves to marvel at the intricacies of life, is fascinated by profiling technology, savours the beauty of statistical science, and enjoys R programming.

He has experience across omics profiling platforms: genomics, transcriptomics, (phospho)proteomics, metabolomics.

Aditya’s major contributions include the development of autonomics to create intuitive access to powerful statistics for data analysis across omics platforms and multicrispr (Bhagwat et al. 2020) for fast and parallel Crispr/Cas9 guide RNA design at scale.
